Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onions or chives for garnish
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering them with water, and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and remove it from heat, letting the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for about 5 minutes to cool down rapidly.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and salt to create a smooth mixture.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of paprika for added color and flavor.
- Serve chilled for the best taste.
