- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickles or relish

- Mash the Yolks: In the bowl, use a fork to mash the yolks until they are crumbly. Add in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and your secret ingredient.
- Season the Mixture: Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing well until the ingredients are fully combined and creamy.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Carefully spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed-out egg whites.
- Garnish: Lightly sprinkle paprika over each filled egg for a pop of color.
- Serve: Chill the eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For best results, prepare the yolk mixture a day ahead and fill the egg whites just before serving.
