Description
A quick and flavorful baked salmon dish with a savory Parmesan garlic herb crust.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place each salmon fillet on a piece of foil.
- Brush the Parmesan garlic herb mixture generously over the tops of the salmon fillets.
- Fold the foil over the salmon to seal it tightly, creating a pouch.
- Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Great for pairing with roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad. Leftovers can be flaked into scrambled eggs for breakfast.
