Description

A quick and flavorful baked salmon dish with a savory Parmesan garlic herb crust.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of foil.
  4. Brush the Parmesan garlic herb mixture generously over the tops of the salmon fillets.
  5. Fold the foil over the salmon to seal it tightly, creating a pouch.
  6. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Great for pairing with roasted vegetables or a fresh green salad. Leftovers can be flaked into scrambled eggs for breakfast.
