Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish that cooks in just one pot, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden (don’t let it burn!).
  2. Add the pasta and pour in the milk. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally—this will help the pasta absorb the flavors and prevent sticking.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a creamy texture, add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers.
