Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the muffin tin


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Whisk together the eggs along with salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced onion.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
