Description

Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
  2. Prepare the broccoli by steaming or blanching the florets until just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Once done, drain well to avoid excess water in the dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing. Mix everything together until well combined.
