Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli florets
- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of oil.
- Prepare the broccoli by steaming or blanching the florets until just tender, about 5-7 minutes. Once done, drain well to avoid excess water in the dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in your greased baking dish, ensuring an even layer for optimal cooking.
- Sprinkle the top with additional shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, creating a deliciously cheesy crust.
