Description

Juicy, tender chicken marinated in a bright lemon and garlic mixture, perfect for grilling and full of vibrant flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh garden salad, grilled vegetables, or creamy potato salad. Garnish with herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
