Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray or muffin liners


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line it with muffin liners.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and optional bell peppers until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
