Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • 3 cups fried rice
  • 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 3 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Cook the cubed sirloin steak for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
