Ingredients
- 12 slices of ham
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F to ensure a uniform cooking temperature.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking. Arrange 12 slices of ham into the muffin cups, forming a little cup shape.
- Distribute the 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese evenly into each ham-lined cup.
- Crack 1 egg into each ham and cheese-filled cup, filling them to the brim. Season each with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until the eggs are set yet still slightly jiggly in the middle.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
You can substitute ham with turkey bacon or vegetables for a vegetarian option.
