Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives

  4. Add cooked chicken, lamb, beef, or pork if desired, mixing until evenly incorporated, approximately 1 minute.
