Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
