Warm and savory sliders filled with tender roast beef, gooey cheese, and sweet caramelized onions, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Beef broth
  • Cheese (Swiss or provolone)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Caramelize the onions in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer tender roast beef generously on the buns, then top with sweet caramelized onions and a slice of cheese.
  5. Carefully place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  6. Melt butter in a small bowl and mix with garlic powder and onion powder; brush this mixture over the top of the sliders for flavor.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with heated beef broth for dipping.

Notes

For an appealing presentation, slice sliders individually and serve with small cups of warm beef broth for dipping.
