Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Caramelize the onions in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer tender roast beef generously on the buns, then top with sweet caramelized onions and a slice of cheese.
- Carefully place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
- Melt butter in a small bowl and mix with garlic powder and onion powder; brush this mixture over the top of the sliders for flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
