Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Toss the shrimp with chili powder, salt, and pepper until coated evenly.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Mix the shredded cabbage with lime juice and cilantro in a separate bowl.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
