Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn tortillas
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp with chili powder, salt, and pepper until coated evenly.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Mix the shredded cabbage with lime juice and cilantro in a separate bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of shrimp on each tortilla and topping with the cabbage slaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños to the shrimp or mix Greek yogurt into the slaw.
