Description

A quick and nutritious breakfast option, these Easy Egg Muffins combine eggs, bacon, spinach, and cheese for a versatile and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin thoroughly.
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped bacon, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
