Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin thoroughly.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add the chopped bacon, spinach, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
