Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Add the Veggies: Next, add corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  3. Seasoning Time: Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
  4. Creamy goodness: Place cream cheese on top of the layered ingredients.
  5. Set the Heat: Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
