Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (bok choy, carrots, bell peppers)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning once until browned.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest before slicing.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.

- Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
