Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (bok choy, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning once until browned.
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest before slicing.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Stir in fresh vegetables and soy sauce, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
