Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 Cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 Cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Soy sauce
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame seeds
  • Rice or noodles, for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Introduce the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, stirring frequently for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and toss to combine; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
