Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of crusty bread
  • 2 chicken breasts (cooked and sliced)
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Parmesan cheese (grated, for topping)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  2. Prepare the lettuce by mixing it with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Layer the sandwich by placing sliced chicken on one slice of bread.
  4. Add dressed romaine lettuce on top of the chicken.
