Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions, typically boiling for about 8-10 minutes until al dente.
- Combine the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a cooked lasagna noodle and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly onto it. Gently roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat this process with the remaining noodles and filling until all are rolled and placed in the dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
