Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup slaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Toss the shrimp with the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat and cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Mix the sour cream with lime juice and chopped cilantro to create the sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos with shrimp, slaw mix, and cilantro lime sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
For quicker prep, buy pre-peeled and deveined shrimp. You can customize toppings and tortillas for different preferences.
