Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, usually about 7-8 minutes, and then drain well.
- Combine the drained macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker. Stir gently until everything is well mixed.
- Cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until the cheese has melted into a creamy sauce, stirring occasionally to ensure all the ingredients meld together.
