Description

Crispy tostada shells topped with juicy shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, melted cheese, and your choice of fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite melting cheese)
  • 8 tostada shells
  • Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, jalapeños, sour cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the tostada shells on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken and barbecue sauce in a medium bowl.
  4. Spoon the barbecue chicken mixture onto each tostada shell.
  5. Sprinkle cheese generously on top of the chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
