Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite melting cheese)
- 8 tostada shells
- Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, jalapeños, sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the tostada shells on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Combine the shredded chicken and barbecue sauce in a medium bowl.
- Spoon the barbecue chicken mixture onto each tostada shell.
- Sprinkle cheese generously on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Add any optional toppings you desire.
