Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes, until fluffy.
- Prepare the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
- Make the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl.
- Combine the cooked turkey with the sauce, stirring until well-coated and heated through.
- Serve the turkey over cooked rice or tossed with lettuce, garnished with green onions.
