Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
