Description

A delightful baked feta pasta featuring roasted grape tomatoes and creamy feta, perfect for weeknight meals or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
  • 1 (8 oz) brick of feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add the washed and dried grape tomatoes to a medium-sized baking dish.
  3. Place the feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and salt over the feta and tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle another 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the feta.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes burst and cheese softens.
  8. Remove from the oven and stir to combine the melted feta with the tomatoes.
  9. Mix in the chopped fresh basil.
  10. Incorporate the cooked, warm bow tie pasta until combined.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider drizzling with balsamic glaze before serving.
