Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in a greased baking dish, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded.
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Spoon marinara sauce on top of each baked chicken breast.
