Description

Quick and flavorful air-fried shrimp tacos topped with fresh vegetables and zesty lime.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the shrimp into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Assemble the tacos with shrimp, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
  6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

Consider using corn tortillas for an authentic taste. Best served hot and can be paired with Mexican rice or black beans.
