Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the shrimp into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos with shrimp, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
Consider using corn tortillas for an authentic taste. Best served hot and can be paired with Mexican rice or black beans.
