Description
Delicious and creamy deviled eggs made effortlessly in an air fryer, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Optional: chopped chives or dill for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Carefully place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Transfer cooked eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes to cool.
- Remove the eggs from the ice bath, peel, and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and optional herbs.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Air fryer deviled eggs can be served chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
