Description

A quick and flavorful chicken stir fry with vibrant vegetables and noodles, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually boiling them for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger in vegetable oil over medium heat for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast, cooking for around 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Mix in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Incorporate the soy sauce and oyster sauce, simmering for another minute to blend flavors.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles, tossing everything together to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
