Ingredients
- 200g noodles
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually boiling them for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the minced garlic and ginger in vegetable oil over medium heat for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast, cooking for around 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Mix in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Incorporate the soy sauce and oyster sauce, simmering for another minute to blend flavors.
- Combine the cooked noodles, tossing everything together to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
