Description

Delicious and light chicken lettuce wraps that are quick to prepare and perfect for a fresh meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 8 Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for cooking)
  • Diced Onions (to taste)
  • Chopped Water Chestnuts (to taste)
  • Diced Red Pepper (optional)
  • Garlic Powder (to taste)
  • Sriracha (to taste)
  • Chili Flakes (for spiciness, optional)


Instructions

  1. Warm oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in diced onions and water chestnuts.
  4. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and garlic powder.
  5. Mix until chicken is fully coated and cooked through.
  6. Prepare lettuce by washing and separating leaves.
  7. Spoon chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf and roll or fold to serve.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding shredded carrots or chopped scallions. If making ahead, store the filling and lettuce separately to prevent sogginess.
