Description

Delightful dessert combining creamy white chocolate with tart raspberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp gelatin (optional)
  • 2 tbsp water (for gelatin)
  • 1/4 cup raspberry sauce


Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend raspberries with sugar until smooth.
  4. If using gelatin, dissolve it in water and incorporate it into the raspberry mixture.
  5. Layer the white chocolate mousse and raspberry sauce in parfait glasses.
  6. Top with fresh raspberries and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor. If you prefer a firmer dessert, use gelatin.
