Ingredients
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp gelatin (optional)
- 2 tbsp water (for gelatin)
- 1/4 cup raspberry sauce
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Allow to cool slightly.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, blend raspberries with sugar until smooth.
- If using gelatin, dissolve it in water and incorporate it into the raspberry mixture.
- Layer the white chocolate mousse and raspberry sauce in parfait glasses.
- Top with fresh raspberries and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor. If you prefer a firmer dessert, use gelatin.
