Ingredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup pink chocolate melts
- Parchment paper
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Melt the pink chocolate melts in a separate bowl in the same manner.
- Drizzle the pink chocolate over the semi-sweet chocolate in a swirl pattern.
- Use a toothpick or a skewer to swirl the two chocolates together gently.
- Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired.
- Let the chocolate bark cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until set.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve or package as gifts.
Notes
For a creamier texture, add a small amount of coconut oil when melting the chocolate. Experiment with different toppings for a unique twist.
