Description

A delightful and easy-to-make chocolate bark perfect for sharing love on Valentine’s Day, featuring semi-sweet and pink chocolate melts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pink chocolate melts
  • Parchment paper
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  4. Melt the pink chocolate melts in a separate bowl in the same manner.
  5. Drizzle the pink chocolate over the semi-sweet chocolate in a swirl pattern.
  6. Use a toothpick or a skewer to swirl the two chocolates together gently.
  7. Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired.
  8. Let the chocolate bark cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until set.
  9. Once set, break into pieces and serve or package as gifts.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a small amount of coconut oil when melting the chocolate. Experiment with different toppings for a unique twist.
