Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups tater tots
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes until browned.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic, onion, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Grease a casserole dish with non-stick spray or butter and layer tater tots across the bottom.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly on top of the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and sausage.
- Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is bubbly.
- Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
