Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: peas or corn
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup until evenly combined.
- Spread the beef and soup mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Layer the frozen tater tots over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
