Description

Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings are perfect for any gathering, combining sweetness from honey and heat from sriracha for a delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, pat them dry before marinating. You can adjust the amount of sriracha to increase or decrease the heat level. Allowing the wings to marinate for longer will deepen the flavor.
