Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onions
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or skillet over high heat.
  2. Form ground beef into loose balls (about 4-6 ounces each) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the balls on the hot griddle and smash them down with a spatula to create a thin patty.
