Description

Juicy and flavorful smash burgers with a crispy crust and tender inside, perfect for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • Smash burger sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickles)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, and other preferred toppings


Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 8 equal balls (about 2 ounces each).
  3. Place two balls on the grill or skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form thin patties.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then flip the patties, add cheese on top, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns, adding smash burger sauce, and layering with your favorite toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes
