Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can beans (kidney or black beans)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons homemade chili seasoning
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and bell pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a slow cooker.
- Add beans, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
