Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet for even cooking. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
