Description

A quick and flavorful chicken dish made with garlic and butter, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet for even cooking. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
