Description

A fresh, crunchy salad combining Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, apples, and toasted pecans with a simple olive oil and lemon dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1 cup toasted pecans
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions
