Ingredients
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb Italian sausage (ground)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground Italian sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rigatoni, sausage mixture, marinara sauce, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
