Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Optional: 2 cups bread or vegetables (like bell peppers or spinach)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned (about 5 to 7 minutes). Drain the excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Grease a baking dish, layer the cooked sausage evenly across the bottom, and add optional bread or vegetables if using.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
