Juicy pork chops marinated in raspberry balsamic vinegar and topped with a tangy raspberry sauce, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/3 cup raspberry balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon ground basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon raspberry balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
- Combine the marinade ingredients (raspberry balsamic vinegar, water, minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, ground basil, oregano) in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the marinade over the pork chops and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- For the raspberry sauce, combine sugar, water, and raspberries in a small pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and add balsamic vinegar and chili flakes. Cook until reduced by half.
- Grill the marinated pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
- Serve topped with raspberry sauce.
Notes
Marinate the pork chops overnight for even more flavor. Adjust sugar in the raspberry sauce based on sweetness preference.
