Description

Juicy pork chops marinated in raspberry balsamic vinegar and topped with a tangy raspberry sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/3 cup raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients (raspberry balsamic vinegar, water, minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, ground basil, oregano) in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour the marinade over the pork chops and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
  3. For the raspberry sauce, combine sugar, water, and raspberries in a small pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce to a simmer and add balsamic vinegar and chili flakes. Cook until reduced by half.
  5. Grill the marinated pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
  6. Serve topped with raspberry sauce.

Notes

Marinate the pork chops overnight for even more flavor. Adjust sugar in the raspberry sauce based on sweetness preference.
