Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (about 200g)
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Italian seasoning or fresh basil


Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on each side.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan, and cover to let simmer until the cheese melts.
