Ingredients
- Potstickers (dumplings)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 cups fresh greens (like spinach or bok choy)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the broth to a simmer.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add potstickers and simmer according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh greens and cook until wilted.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
