Description

Ingredients

  • Potstickers (dumplings)
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups fresh greens (like spinach or bok choy)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Green onions, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a simmer.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add potstickers and simmer according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the fresh greens and cook until wilted.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes
