Description

Deliciously crispy parmesan crusted chicken breasts served with a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat it in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides—about 3-4 minutes each side.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  7. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  8. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Pour the garlic sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Let chicken rest before serving for juicier results. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
