Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
