Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil.
- Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot.
