Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top of each fillet with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mix evenly over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
