Description

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the top of each fillet with garlic butter.
  5. Sprinkle the brown sugar mix evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
