Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz chocolate (milk, dark, or white), for coating
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into uniform balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until they are firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring they are fully coated, and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Add sprinkles if desired before the chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
