Ingredients
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz chocolate (milk, dark, or white), for coating
- Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into uniform balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until they are firm.
- Melt the chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, ensuring they are fully coated, and place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add sprinkles if desired before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
